We offer a 2-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. You have an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also provide reverse pick-up services.
A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This fee applies only once per order, even if it contains multiple items.
Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company cannot pick up the shipment, you will need to send the shipment back to our company address. Reverse pick-up availability depends on the serviceability of your area pin code.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup to your registered email address/contact number.
Please return your product(s) in the same condition as shipped. If products are returned in poor condition or have been worn, a refund will not be provided.
Allow 7 days for the refund to be processed, which will be refunded to the original payment method used for online payments.
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds or bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders/online payments made on our website. Payments made with COD will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid, which can be used anytime. Reward points or store credits are non-refundable and can only be redeemed on our store. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations are possible only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
To maintain strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on certain product categories, including but not limited to accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks, and innerwear (e.g., boxers, briefs, trunks). i3ror.com may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy applies.
Self-Shipping of Orders for Returns
If your pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, please courier the product(s) to the following address:
Ensure the items are securely packed to prevent loss or damage during transit, and include the ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account in the case of prepaid orders and as store credit (gift card) for COD orders.
PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self-return, as they are unreliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Ensure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India-owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

The customer must take utmost care of the product(s) while in their possession, including following all product instructions and keeping documents and wrappings intact when returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
If you believe that a product does not meet the expected standards upon delivery, please contact us promptly via DM on Instagram: @i3ror or on WhatsApp with details of the product and its condition within one day of receiving it. We will provide further instructions.
Upon return of the product, we will examine it and notify you of your refund eligibility (if any) via email within a reasonable time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day we confirm via email that you are entitled to a refund.
